I received my Bachelors degree from DePauw University in 1987 and my Masters degree from Purdue University in 1995.
Since then, I have devoted my professional life to meeting the mental health needs of a variety of people from many
walks of life. I worked in the public health sector for over eight years, but during those years I was also working
hard to build a successful and respected private psychotherapy practice.
By early 2003, my practice had grown into a full time endeavor. I then made the decision to leave public health and
devote my energy to private practice.
I soon began to realize that many of the people I served would benefit from a more comprehensive array of healthcare
options. In October of 2004, I was joined by three of the most skilled healthcare providers I've known (Dr. Rodney
Anderson, Noel Wyatt and Cheryl Fesmire). The four of us have been acquainted for years. We all enjoy a unique
relationship that involves great professional respect and genuine friendship. I consider myself very fortunate to
share my professional life with these wonderful people!
